The Highland Community College Cougars are under new guidance this season. Ronnie Dean has taken over the program from long-time Cougars coach Pete Norman. Dean has many years experience at the Division One and junior college levels. Coach Dean notified JucoJunction this week on one of his players making a early commitment for next season.
