Alabama duo all set

Wallace State-Hanceville lost in the Alabama region tourney to end the season. Head coach Allen Sharpe has two players that recently decided on their college future for next season. JucoJunction has the latest update from the Lions in this story.

Chris Leggett and Chris Goodwin have found homes for next fall. Leggett has signed with Troy University in Troy, AL while Goodwin will take his sharpshooting skills to Tennessee State.

Leggett, (SO) 6-foot-7 (200), played his freshman season at Meridian Community College in Mississippi. Goodwin played at Tennessee Temple College before transferring to Wallace State-Hanceville this past fall. Goodwin averaged 11.8 ppg this season while connecting on 46.5% (121-260) from three point range.

Leggett averaged 11.5 ppg and 8.7 rebounds this year for the very talented Lions. Wallace State-Hanceville finished the year at (32-1).
