Badgers guard decides

Travis Wilkins will head to Ohio University this coming fall. Wilkins a shooting guard from Snow College had signed back in the fall with the Southern Illinois University.

Wilkins sought a release after Chris Lowery was let go by the Salukis. Wilkins will join with former Salukis assistant coach Anthony Stewart at Ohio University.
Wilkins averaged 17.1 points per game while and shot 45 percent (90-198) from 3-point range. The Badgers finished the season at 23-9 in the Scenic West Conference.
The Springfield, Mo. native is an older kid after serving a LDS Mission for two years. Wilkins played last summer in Jerry Mullen's JUCO Camp.
