Baltimore guard headed to Big East

Jamar Greene, 6-foot (195) from Richmond, VA has made a verbal to Seton Hall University for next season according to head coach Terry Maczko.
Greene has played at Collin County CC (TX) back in 2004-2005 and sat out last year taking classes back in the Richmond area. Coach Maczko was a college roommate with Jim Sigona-Collin County in college at Potsdam State (NY).

"Jamar is a very strong combo guard. He really overpowers players in our league," said Maczko.
Greene is averaging 26 points per game this season for (7-12) Baltimore City Community College.
DePaul and Utah have also shown interest in him.
Bakari Smith: (FR) 6-foot-3 (185) from Philadelphia, PA. Smith is an academic qualifier out of Philadelphia Lutheran. The lanky point guard is averaging 12 points per game this season.
Alex Harrington: (FR) 6-foot-7 (195) from District Heights, MD. Harrington had a late growth spurt in high school and grew seven inches. The lanky power forward must improve on his skill levels.
"Alex is a very versatile defender and really runs the floor well," Maczko said.
