Barr decides on next destination

Jeremy Barr, (SO) 6-foot-8 (260) San Jacinto Community College in Pasadena, TX only needed one visit to decide where he wanted to play his college ball. Barr has verbaled to the University of Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin Cajuns.

Barr took only one official visit and that was to the LA-Lafayette campus this past weekend.

"I really liked the school and the environment. The new facilities are really nice and I really enjoyed the Cajun Dome," said Barr.

Barr hails from the Bahamas played his freshman season at University of Southern California where he averaged 3.1 ppg and 1.5 rebounds for the Trojans. Jeremy left USC last December 2006, and headed to Nebraska where he sat out the spring semester. Jeremy also received interest from North Texas University.
