Harvey Thomas, a 6-8 small forward from Northeast Oklahoma A&M in Miami, Okla., has committed to Baylor University.
Thomas is expected to sign a national letter of intent with Baylor during the late signing period that begins next month.
This comes as little surprise, since JUCO Junction has been reporting Baylor's involvement with Thomas since October.
This commitment was confirmed with NEO Head Coach Jason Turk.
In Thomas, Baylor has landed a versatile forward who prefers to play on the perimeter. According to Turk, the Georgetown University transfer is expected to graduate this spring.
Thomas also considered Alabama-Birmingham, Arizona State, Oklahoma, Cincinnati and Auburn.
