Bears are heading south

The Harcum College Bears in Bryn Mawr, PA are heading down to the Sunshine State for four games in six days after the New Year.
The Bears will be playing in the Polk State College Classic in Winter Haven, FL.

The Bears are currently 10-1 under head coach Drew Kelly. Coach Kelly in his 9th year with the Bears program recently won his 200th career game at the school. Kelly has a
202-54 career record at Harcum College.
Freshman Hakeem Rogers leads the Bears in scoring at 18.8 ppg this season. Rogers is connecting on 57% (71-124) from the floor and 46% (29-63) from three point range.
Rogers is from Elizabeth, NJ.
Sophomore Shevon Thompson has been a pleasant surprise to the Bears squad this season. Thompson, a center from Jamaica, saw limited action last season at Midland College in Texas.
Thompson, a left-handed post player, is really active around the rim. Thompson is currently averaging 10.6 ppg and 13.3 rebounds this season for the Bears.
Jordan Goodman and Ivan Uceda are both returning sophomores to the squad this season. Goodman, a Largo, MD product is averaging 18.6 ppg and 4.3 rebounds.
Uceda signed early with the University of Miami. He is currently at 13.5 ppg and 11.1 rebounds a night for the Bears. Goodman and Uceda both played in Mullen's Top 100 Camp this past summer in St Louis, MO.
