Bengals Find a Player

The Idaho State University Bengals attended the NJCAA National Tourney this past March and walked away quite impressed with one certain player. The Bengals can now add that player to the 2010-2011 recruiting class for next season. Checkout what player from the junior college ranks will take his game to the Big Sky Conference.
"Chase Grabau has signed with Idaho State University for next season", said Bengals Assistant Coach Tim Walsh. Grabau really came on strong late in the season and helped his teammates from North Platte Community College get to the NJCAA for the first time in school history this past March. The Knights finished the season at 29-6.

Grabau averaged 12.1 ppg and 7.2 rebounds this season. Chase scored a season-high 31 points in the Region Tourney at Sheridan College versus Trinidad State College. "Chase is a gamer he is can do all the little things on the floor to help your team win games" said JucoJunction Staff Analyst Bret Swanson. Grabau hails from Boulder,CO.
Grabau visited Charleston Southern and Idaho State University before deciding on the Bengals. Chase walked away with All-Region amd All-Tournament accolades this past March. Grabau now joins teammate Joseph Ragland (Wichita State) in signing with division one schools for next fall.
