last season.
"Tom works his butt off," Johnson said. "He has grown two inches and added 25 pounds since last season. Tom has a great work ethic."
UT-Martin, Central Florida, East Tennessee State, Jacksonville State and Tennessee are also calling on Jervis.
DeAndre Coleman, a 6-foot-8 sophomore forward from Stone Mountain, GA arrived in Jan 2006 for the spring semester at Bevill St.
DeAndre played 1st semester at Cincinnati where he played in six games with the
Bearcats.
"DeAndre is a very skilled player, he does appear to be laid back, he can go left or right to
post up," Johnson said.
Miami (FL),Central Florida and New Orleans are calling on Coleman.
Oliver Mansour, a 6-foot-7 sophomore from Melbourne, Australia is a 3rd year power forward. Mansour is the team captain and made 2nd team all conference last season as a freshman.
"Oliver knows how to play the game, he can knock down the 12-15 foot jumper he knows how to score because he is strong," said Johnson.
Out of high school in Kentucky, Mansour attended Georgetown College (KY) in 2004-2005 but did not play.
Murray State, UT-Martin, Winthrop, and East Tennessee State are recruiting Mansour.
Jamar Livings, 5-foot-11 sophomore from Lake Charles, LA. Livings was a 2nd team all conference player last season.
"Jamar is a little undersized two guard that really pressures the ball on defense," said Johnson.
The lefty is getting interest from Jacksonville State and Kennesaw State.
Robbie Cross, a 6-foot-6 sophomore from Perth, Australia, has a 3.4 GPA and runs a 4:30 mile. Cross averaged eight points per game last season for the Bears.
"Robbie is a three man that started most of the year for me last season and just really knows how to play the game," Johnson said.
Cross is getting D2 interest.
