Rubles, a Dallas, Tex. native, played his freshman season at Independence Community College in Kansas. The All-Region performer for the Pirates in the Jayhawk Conference averaged 20.3 points, 12.3 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game last season.
Rubles prepped at God's Academy in Dallas, Tex. and signed with Oral Roberts University before not qualifying academically. "Titus can really play inside-out on the offensive end and really excels in the open floor and transition game," said JucoJunction Publisher Bret Swanson.
Elijah Jones attended Cowley College in Arkansas City, Kan. back in the 2008-2009 season. The power forward from West Palm Beach, Fla. is currently 22-years-old and might have some clock issues for the next level. "Elijah has a great set of shoulders and rebounds the ball on both ends of the floor," said Swanson.
Joel Wright and Dre Evans are both NCAA division one transfers that surfaced into Brenham, Tex. this fall. Wright played last season at Duquesne University while Evans played at Providence College in the Big East Conference.
Wright, a wing player, is originally from Jamaica but moved to Brooklyn, N.Y. when he was 10 years old. Evans, a point guard, saw action in 32 games last season for the Friars. Evans played at Dallas Carter High School.
