California forward stays out west
MiraCosta College is located in Oceanside, CA. The Spartans finished last season at (10-18) under head coach Pat Conahan. JucoJunction recently found out that a Spartan forward has made a commitment for next season.
Lin Chang, (SO) 6-foot-9 (230) from China, will stay in state next season and play at Long Beach State University. Chang averaged 13.6 ppg and 8 rebounds while shooting 51.6% (94-182) last year from the floor for the Spartans.
MiraCosta College plays in Pacific Coast Conference located in the southern part of the state near the San Diego area.
