Central Florida has three sophomores

Central Florida Community College is off to an 8-and-5 start this season heading into conference play. JucoJunction.com had a chance to talk to assistant coach Adam Gordon about the CFCC sophomores.

"DeAndre is a very skilled four man that's long and can defend on the perimeter," Gordon said.
SE Louisiana, Central Michigan, Mercer and Eastern Illinois are calling on DeAndre. He is averaging 9.2 points and 5.5 rebounds on the season.
Ed Keyes, (SO) 6 foot 6 (220) from Atlantic City, NJ.
"Ed is an extremely active 3/4 man that finishes up above the rim," said Gordon.
Keyes must work on his perimeter game. Graduation is a question for Keyes.
Lynn (FL), Northern Kentucky, Ouachita Baptist (AR) and Montevallo (AL) have expressed in him. Keyes is averaging 15.7 points and 8 rebounds so far this year.
Jimmie Sutton, (FR) 6 foot 9 (260) from Delray Beach, FL. Sutton will have three years left after this season at the next level. Jimmie sat out last year at national champion Florida and went to summer school classes at Florida Atlantic.
"Jimmie has a great body and people don't realize he hadn't played for about 1 1/2 years until this season," Gordon said. "Jimmie is getting more comfortable with his back to the basket and he still is a little raw on offense."
Recently versus Pensacola Sutton had 21 points on (8-9) shooting.
Ball State-offered, San Francisco-offered, Rhode Island-offered, Tennessee and Ole Miss are calling on the big man.
