CFCC duo looking around

The most heavily recruited player at Central Florida Community College is actually no longer with the team. Ed Turner was dismissed in January for disciplinary reasons, but coach Tim Ryan said Division One schools are still checking on Turner.
"He's got to get some work done in the classroom, but he's going to graduate," Ryan said. "Fairleigh-Dickinson and Louisiana-Lafayette are both interested."

Both of those schools lost in the opening round of the NCAA tournament this season.
The other likely Division One prospect at CFCC is 6-foot-4 Luis Rodriquez.
"He's a tough kid, a slasher, can handle the ball," Ryan said. "As a freshman, he was our starting four man and as a sophomore, he was our starting point guard. He's not a point guard, but he had to play there. He actually started at all five positions for us during his two years here."
Bethune-Cookman, Sam Houston State and Stephen F. Austin are the schools at the top of the list, though there is some other interest in Rodriquez.
Chris Bright and Rob Hampton are likely Division II players at CFCC.
