Chaps player decides

The Midland College coaching staff is making less trips now to the local airport to send off players on official visits. One more player added himself today to the committed side for next fall. "Guy Landry has decided to play Mark Few and Gonzaga University," said Chaps Head Coach Ross Hodge. Landry decided today on the Zags after visiting the Spokane, W.A. campus the past few days. Landry decided on the Zags over Wichita State.

"Guy can really defend and rebound at the highest level of basketball. Guy does a lot of things to help your team win games. He has a great motor and a great competitive nature while on the floor" said Hodge.
Landry averaged 9.4 points and 5.9 rebounds per game this season on a very talented Chaps squad which finished in 2nd place this season to the College of Southern Idaho.
The Chaps now have just two sophomores looking for schools this fall in Dwight Miller and Jamaal Trice. Stay tune to JucoJunction in weeks to come to see where he players end up going.
