Worrell Clahar will suit up this coming season for the DePaul Blue Demons of the Big East Conference according to Lawson State Community College head coach Phillip Shumpert. The point guard from Covington, Ga. will have two seasons to play for the Blue Demons.

Clahar prepped at Sound Doctrine Christian Academy in Lagrange, Ga. had planned on attending Texas Southern University at one-time and later Jacksonville State University, but he will be a Blue Demon this coming season. Clahar averaged 12 points, 6.9 assists and 3.8 rebounds per game this past season for the Cougars.
"Worrell is a true leader on the floor who really brings some toughness to the game," said JucoJunction Publisher Bret Swanson. The Cougars finished the season at 24-5. Lawson State Community college is located in Birmingham, A.L.
