Chipola guard has visits planned

Mario Little, 6-foot-5 (205) from Chipola College, has already taken a visit recently to a Big Ten school. Little recently visited the campus of the University of Illinois. Mario is a Chicago, IL native and played his AAU ball with the Illinois Warriors.
"Mario is one of the better scorers I have had here at Chipola," said Chipola head coach Greg Heiar. "He has a great body and good balance and I believe he shoots the ball better than Jamarcus Ellis."
Ellis played at Chipola last year and is now at Indiana.
Little plans on taking some more visits next month and will head to Iowa State (Sept 7-9) and Kansas State (14-16). South Florida, Iowa and Kansas have also made contact on the wing player. Little averaged 8.9 ppg and 5.8 rebounds while shooting 56.7% (127-224) from the floor last season. Mario is looking to help his team this season with a return trip to Hutch and a national championship.
