Chipola guard impressed with Miners

Chipola College point guard Stefhon Hannah took his second official visit over the weekend.
"He really liked it at UTEP," said Chipola coach Greg Heiar. "He really enjoyed himself. He liked the campus, the players, he really hit it off with one of their other players. He liked the staff. He just really liked it."

But did he like it enough to make a commitment?
"No, I don't think he'll sign anywhere this week," Heiar said. "On Friday, Mike Anderson and Bobby Huggins are coming in to see him. I think Fresno State is coming in to see him too."
Those coaches will try to convince Hannah to take one more official trip prior to making a decision.
"If he likes what they say, I could see him visiting maybe one other place either this weekend or the following weekend," Heiar said. "Then he would make a decision between Illinois State, UTEP and that school."
Hannah is ranked as the No. 25 junior college player in the nation according to JucoJunction.
Another Indians prospect is also hoping to narrow things down.
"Ryne Hamblet visited Bowling Green this weekend and really liked it," Heiar said. "Northern Iowa is coming in to see him and he's still got a high interest level in them. South Alabama is coming in to see him and Iowa is flirting around with him."
JucoJunction will keep in touch with all the happenings at Chipola.
