"Cal State-Northridge did a great job of recruiting Xavier. They have been on him all season long and assistant coach James Blake had a great relationship with Xavier," said Cornelius.
Crawford, who prepped at Mount Zion Christian Academy (NC) and Boys to Men Academy (IL) before landing at Yuba College, signed with Bradley University coming out
of prep school. Xavier averaged 6.1 ppg and 3.8 rebounds this season on the 49ers. Georgia State-offered, Alabama State-offered and Boise State all showed interest in the center this season.
"I think this is a great fit for X to attend Cal State-Northridge," said Cornelius.
