CSI sophomores setting official visits

JucoJunction had a chance to touch base with assistant coach Steve Gosar today about his players recruitment. The College of Southern Idaho lost to Chipola 96-90 in the semifinals of the National Tourney and lost to Coffeyville 91-86 to finish in 4th place. The Eagles finished the season at 30-7.
Brad Garrett: (FR) 6-foot-5 (195) from St George, UT. Garrett redshirted back in 2003-2004 at Dixie State College for Jeff Kidder (Now Indian Hills coach). Brad went on a Mormon Mission to Southern Mexico for two seasons before surfacing at CSI. Garrett had a great National Tourney starting out (9-14) from three-point range in his first two games there.

"Brad is the best shooter I have been around. He has NBA range on his shot and he's surprising athletic," said Gosar.
Garrett was the MVP of the Region Tourney and a 1st Team All Conference performer. Brad averaged 15.8 ppg and 5.3 rebounds this past season while making 100 three pointers. He will have three years left to play at the D1 level.
Brad will visit BYU this weekend April 6-8 and Oklahoma State April 13-15. Oregon, Illinois, San Diego State, UNLV, and USC are also trying to line up visits in the near future.
