CSI trio taking final visits

Few places are getting more traffic than the College of Southern Idaho right now. The Eagles were 33-and-3 this year, finished third in the national junior college tournament, and feature four sophomores set to sign Division One letters of intent.
"It's been wild," said Barrett Peery, who took over as head coach a couple of weeks ago. "I'll be glad when they're all done."

One CSI sophomore is done. Mohamed Kone signed with Baylor on Tuesday. Kone averaged 14.3 points, 9.5 rebounds and just over two blocks a game.
"Looking at it from the outside, it probably factored in that he knew he could play right away and contribute," said Peery. "With their lack of size, he could probably be a big part of their rebuilding."
Three of Kone's teammates are still taking their visits. Peery gave us the latest on all three.
Jamaal Brown, a point guard who led the team with 15 points per game, visited Gonzaga last weekend. He will take a trip to Missouri this weekend and choose between those two schools and Oklahoma State.
Bruno Claudino, CSI's sixth man last season, has already visited Kansas State and Arizona State. His next trip will be to Oregon State. Peery indicated to GoPowercat.com that Oregon and Utah State are still recruiting Claudino. The coach also said K-State head coach Jim Wooldridge would be on campus to visit Claudino on Wednesday.
Abdoulaye Ndiave shot 64% from the floor and averaged 9.2 points per game. He has already tripped to Southern Cal and Florida State. He still has trips to Georgetown and Washington State remaining on his slate.
