JucoJunction will be on the road all next month attending junior college jamborees throughout the country. One player from the Lone Star State has decided to end his recruitment a little early with a official visit this weekend. read more about this player and where he plans on going right here on your source for junior college basketball recruiting news.
The University of Nebraska has added a second player to their junior college class for this coming season. Jerran Young, a wing player from McLennan College in Waco, Tex., will suit for the Huskers next season.
Young, a Cedar Hill, Tex. native, averaged 10.2 ppg and 3.1 rebounds per game last season for the Highlanders. The 1st team all conference selection along with being named North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year.
Young will join Marshalltown Community College Keith Coleman from the junior college ranks in the Huskers recruiting class. JucoJunction will see Young next month at the Mitchell-Mullen Dallas Blowout in Texas.
