Decision has been made

Jeff Newberry has decided to end his recruitment today and has committed to Oklahoma State University.
Newberry, a point guard from New Mexico Junior College, has really seen his recruitment take off since this past spring. Newberry played last season at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M in Miami, OK.

Newberry, a Atlanta, GA native, started his college career at Ole Miss where he red-shirted coming out of M.A.C.K Prep in Charlotte, NC.
Newberry averaged 14.8 ppg, 4.3 assists and 2.9 rebounds last season for the Norseman in Region 2.
Newberry transferred this season over to New Mexico Junior College and will play in the West Texas Region with the likes of Howard, Midland, Odessa and South Plains College.
Newberry saw several schools come after him this season and took three official visits total. West Virginia was taken back in May along with LSU and Oklahoma State this fall.
