Brevard Community College Head Coach Jeremy Shulman informed JucoJunction today
that Nyles Evans has committed to Akron University for next season. Evans a guard hails from nearby North Canton, Ohio.
Evans will now join fellow Titans teammates Gary Gaskins (Oklahoma State) and Luka Pajkovic (Morehead State) in finding a NCAA Division One school for next season.
Evans received strong interest from the Zips and Middle Tennessee State according to Shulman.
Evans is currently averaging 16.4 pg and 3 assists this season. The Titans are currently 13-4 on the season.
