Decisions for two top 150 prospects

John A. Logan College in Carterville, IL can add another player to list of Division One signees for next fall and so can the Highland Community College Cougars in Freeport, IL. JucoJunction has the latest on which players from these programs are moving for next season in this article.
"Kenny Harris has signed with the University of Evansville," said John A Logan. College Assistant Coach Kyle Smithpeters.

Harris, 6-foot-6, is from St. Louis, MO.
"Kenny is a great athlete with a nice mid-range game," said JucoJunction staff analyst Bret Swanson.
Harris received interest this spring from San Francisco and Evansville according to Smithpeters. Harris is now the sixth Volunteers player to sign on for next fall. Harris averaged 12.2 ppg and 7.1 rebounds this season while shooting 52% (113-216) from the floor. The Volunteers finished the year at 23-7 in the GRAC Conference. Harris is ranked #110 in the JucoJunction Top 150.
Tim Steed will take his game West next season and play for the Bulldogs at Fresno State University according to former Highland Community College Head Coach Ronnie Dean. Dean recently left the Freeport, IL school to be an assistant coach at Indian Hills Community College.
Steed, a New Castle, DE native, played the past two seasons for the Cougars. Steed visited Fresno State and Arkansas Little Rock this spring before deciding on the Bulldogs. Steed is ranked #39 in the JucoJunction Top 150.
Steed averaged 16.2 ppg, 7 rebounds and 4.7 assists this past season for the Cougars.
"Tim is a great athlete with a great engine who can really stuff a stat sheet on any given night out," said Swanson.
