"Charlie is a great teammate and a very team orientated player," said Hobrecht.
Charlie took a official visit in the fall to Florida International. Coley plans on visiting Charlotte - April 6-8 , Bradley - April 13-15 and maybe Louisville April 20-22. Alabama and Kansas State are also showing interest on him.
"The big time athlete must work on his perimeter skills for the next level. I haven't seen many players in JUCO this season do what he can do," said JucoJunction staff member Bret Swanson. Charlie scored 753 points and grabbed 554 rebounds in 62 career games at Dodge City.
Wade Knapp: (SO) 6-foot-9 (225) from WaKeeney, KS. Knapp just recently visited Bradley last week.
"Wade really matured this past season. He's a athletic four man that has a great feel for the game and a nice soft touch," said Hobrecht.
Wade will visit Nevada this coming weekend and then will head to Missouri State April 13-15. Bradley, Nevada and Missouri State have all offered Wade. Winthrop is also showing some interest as of late on him. Wade averaged 11.9 ppg and 5 rebounds this season. Knapp for his two-year career scored 671 points and grabbed 357 rebounds.
Angel Santiago: (SO) 6-foot-0 (160) from Chicago, IL. Santiago played his freshman season at Indian Hills CC (IA) for one semester. Angel enrolled at Dodge City
back in Janauary 2006.
"Angel is an explosive athlete that is great at changing speed and direction," Hobrecht said.
The former Chicago Von Stueben HS player averaged 14.2 ppg for the Conqs this season. Angel visited Houston a few weeks back. Illinois, Texas A&M, Nebraska and St. John's are all calling on the combo guard.
Jaray Mathews, Julius Perkins and Brian Marks will be in another story coming really soon to JucoJunction.
