Dolphins setting in
The Brunswick Community College Dolphins will have five players playing in the event. Cameron Jones, Montez Loman, Keynan Pittman, Jerran Foster and Mitchell Oates will be taking the floor at the NCAA Certified Event at Augusta Christian School on Thursday for part of the Peach State JUCO Showcase.
Jones signed with Kennesaw State University out of prep school at Massanutten Military. Jones, a Roanoke, VA native, averaged 11.4 ppg and 3.5 rebounds last season for the 21-11 Dolphins. Jones connected on 38% (43-113)

Loman, a forward from nearby Boiling Spring Lakes, NC had a solid freshman season while averaging 6.2 ppg and 6.2 rebounds. "Montez play so much bigger than his actual size with his great length and effort he brings to the floor" said JucoJunction Publisher Bret Swanson.
Pittman, Foster and Oates all are transfers coming in from different situations. Pittman, a third year center, is from nearby Burgaw, NC where he attended Pender High School. Pittman red-shirted at James Madison University and played last season at East Mississippi Community College.
Foster and Oates are coming in from other junior colleges. Foster, a point guard, played at College of Southern Idaho a few years back and Oates did the same at Hillsborough Community College.
Foster signed with Winthrop University out of high school at Quality Education Academy in Winston Salem, NC but failed to qualify academically. JucoJunction is excited to see these five players players from Brunswick Community College this coming Thursday at the Peach State JUCO Showcase.
