Duo decides

Yesterday JucoJunction was in Marietta, Ga. attending Kenn Littlefield's JUCO Jamboree. While watching games JucoJunction was tipped off by a coach from the Lone Star State on some of his players recruitment. Hill College head coach Swede Trenkle is entering his seventh year at the helm in Hillsboro, Tex. Trenkle informed JucoJunction that John Odoh has committed to North Texas University while his teammate Tevin Calhoun will play in the Missouri Valley Conference at Creighton University.

Trenkle informed JucoJunction while he was attending the the Major League Baseball World Series in Arlington, Tex. Odoh, a transfer from Lincoln Trail College in Robinson, Ill., averaged 9.7 points, 8 rebounds and 3.3 blocks per game last season for the Statesmen.
Calhoun is a third year player from the Garden State. He averaged 13.2 points and 5 rebounds per game at Lakeland Community College in Ohio during the 2009-2010 season.
The Rebels now have two players off the board for this coming season.
