Duo decides

Losing a player in August is not always a good thing for some programs. One coach from the midwest informed us at JucoJunction on one of his players making a decision for the four year level. Cincinnati State head coach Andre Tate informed JucoJunction that Roman Hill will leave for Augusta State University this coming season in Augusta, G.A. Augusta State University is a NCAA D2 program in the Peach Belt Conference.

Hill have three seasons to play after leaving the Surge. Hill averaged 11.2 points and 7.7 rebounds per game this season for the 24-11 Surge. The small forward will join an Augusta State University program which finished the season at 30-4 and ranked 4th in the NCAA D2 rankings.
Andre Paulk will play this coming season in Springfield, K.Y. at St Catharine College according to Patriots assistant coach Beau Braden. Paulk only played 15 games this season for the Surge after transferring in from Harcum College. Paulk averaged 19.8 points and 4 rebounds per game this season for the Surge.
Paulk, a Cleveland, O.H. native, will have two seasons to play for the Patriots.
Paulk averaged 17 points per game in his freshman campaign at Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, Penn.
Paulk will join now 2011 JucoJunction Top 150 players Travis Wilkins and Deshawn Mitchell. Wilkins was a onetime Coastal Carolina signee and Mitchell was supposed to attend the University of Hawaii.
