Duo decides

The Panhandle Conference of the Sunshine State produces NCAA D1 players every year. This season is no exception to the rule. Read more about this duo and where there playing this coming fall right here on your source for junior college basketball recruiting.
Derick Beltran (No.12) has signed with Southeastern Louisiana for next season while Carlyle Francis (No. 11) will play at Binghamton University according to Tallahassee Community College Head Coach Eddie Barnes.

Beltran is a wing player player who averaged 8.6 points and 3.1 rebounds per game this past season for the Eagles. Beltran hails from Riverview, F.L.
Francis is a point guard from Scarborough, Ontario Canada who averaged 10.4 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game this season. The duo helped the Eagles get to the NJCAA National Tourney this past March. The Eagles finished the season at 26-10.
Beltran and Francis now join Rashard McGill who signed earlier in the signing period with University of Southern Mississippi.
