Express is on

St Louis, Mo. saw some of the best junior college basketball players come front and center at Jerry Mullen Top 100 JUCO Event on the campus of Lindenwood University over the weekend. Owens Community College teammates James Kelly and Justin Edmonds both played well this past weekend. Kelly was added to the Top 100 event after playing really well in the JUCO Showcase.

Kelly, a combo forward, averaged 17.9 point and 9.9 rebounds last season for the Express. Kelly shot 55 percent (239-431) from the floor. "James is a bit of a tweener on the floor that can really faceup from 18 feet," said JucoJunction Publisher Bret Swanson.
Edmonds is back with the Express after leading the team in scoring last season at 19.1 points and 3.8 rebounds.
The Albion, Mich. native played at Summit Christian Academy in Lansing after high school.
Detroit, Wright State, UAB and Dayton are keeping tabs on him according to Edmonds.
