The Coffeyville Community College Ravens head into the break at 13-1 under long-time head coach Jay Herkelman.
The Ravens have been led all season long by redshirt-freshman Darrion Strong. Strong enrolled back in January 2014 after attending Quakerdale Prep (IA). Strong, a Chicago, IL native could leave with 3 years to play at the NCAA Division One level after this season.

Strong, a combo guard with great body control, can really get into the lane at ease. Strong is currently averaging 23.5 ppg, 3.9 rebounds and 2.8 assists this semester.
Strong has connected on 51% (108-213) from the floor and 47% (57-121) from behind the arc.
Strong recently scored 35 points versus Hill College in a Ravens 115-113 victory. Strong
connected on 9 three pointers.
Tennessee, Missouri and TCU have all expressed interest in Strong according to Ravens
Assistant Coach Kyle Fisher.
LaVone Holland is a redshirt-freshman and hails from Louisville, KY.
Holland is averaging 16.3 ppg and 5.8 rebounds this season. "LaVone really likes to attack
the basket and is a very explosive athlete" said JucoJunction Publisher Bret Swanson.
