Five sign from Gulf Coast

Gulf Coast Community College has already had two players make early college decisions this fall. JucoJunction got the heads up on three more players from the Commodores who have signed onto four year schools for next season. Read about the Commodores in this article.
Willie Kirkland, Patrick Davis and Travis Nichols all signed National Letters of Intent today according to Commodores Head Coach Jay Powell.

"Kirkland has signed with Coastal Carolina University, Davis is going to Alabama State and Travis Nichols is
heading to Troy University," said Powell.
Kirkland started off his college career at Chattahoochee Valley Community College back in 2007-2008. Kirkland is rated #31 in the upcoming JucoJunction Top 150. Davis is a Milwaukee, WI native while Nichols hails from New York City and will have three years to play at the four year level. The Commodores are currently 2-0 on the young season.
Paul Cooper and Jeffrey Reese, who both committed earlier this fall, also signed their National Letters of Intent today. Cooper will head to Texas Tech while Reese will play at Louisiana-Lafayette for next season.
