Flurry of signings at Eastern Utah

College of Eastern Utah is located in Price,UT. The Golden Eagles had four kids sign national letters of intent for next season recently according to head coach Chris Craig. The Golden Eagles play in the rugged Scenic West Conference with national champion Salt Lake Community College, College of Southern Idaho, North Idaho College, Snow College and Colorado Northwestern. JucoJunction has found out which four players will continue their careers in the fall in this article.
Darrington Hobson, the third-ranked player in the country by JucoJunction, signed early with New Mexico. Joing Hobson next season will be Mike Scott and Stephen Franklin, Aaron England and Chandler Pearson. Scott signed with Farleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ according to coach Craig. Scott, a transfer point guard from Philadelphia, played his freshman season at Texas Christian University. Mike averaged 8.5 ppg, 4.5 assists and 3 rebounds this past season for the 25-7 Golden Eagles. Scott received interest from Eastern Washington, Morgan State and Lamar University this spring.

Franklin, (SO) 6-foot-6 (205) from Aurora, CO, has signed with UT-San Antonio according to coach Craig. Franklin received interest from Eastern Washington, Pepperdine and Arkansas-Little Rock this past spring. Stephen averaged 13.8 ppg, 6.1 rebounds and shot 52.4% (153-292) from the floor this past season for the Golden Eagles.
England, (SO) 6-foot-5 (200), has signed with Utah Valley University according to coach Craig. England averaged 8.2 ppg this season. Chandler Pearson signed with Division Two program Chaminade University in Hawaii.
