The Blazers of Vincennes University will be a new look team this season under the guidance of first year head coach David Ragland. Ragland takes over the reins left from Everick Sullivan who moved onto Eastern Kentucky University as a assistant coach. JucoJunction has a look at the Blazers in this story.

Devon Archie, (SO) 6-foot-9 (215) from Indianapolis, IN, is a long and mobile power forward. Archie will look to be more part of the offense this season. Devon averaged 3.2 ppg and 2.7 rebounds last season for the Blazers.
John Freeman, (SO) 6-foot-5 (200) from Indianapolis, IN, is already hearing from Iowa State, George Mason, IUPUI and UW-Green Bay according to assistant coach Brian Davis. Freeman averaged 9.6 ppg, 6 rebounds and shot a blistering 64.9% (141-217) from the floor this past season.
DeAntre Jefferson, (SO) 6-foot-8 (225) from Bloomington, IL, played last season at South Georgia Tech in Americus, GA. Jefferson averaged 12.2 ppg and 9.8 rebounds last season.
Cliff Dixon, (SO) 6-foot-10 (215) from Upper Marlboro, MD, played last season at Motlow State Community College in Tennessee. Dixon transferred from the Lynchburg, TN school after then head coach Bobby Steinburg took a assistant position at Kent State University. Dixon averaged 17.2 ppg, 10 rebounds and shot 53.7% (203-378) from the floor last season.
"Cliff is a very talented player who can really play on both ends. He is a very long and highly skilled athlete," said JucoJunction analyst Bret Swanson.
