Former Commodore headed back to Division One

Jejuan Brown, (SO) 6-foot-7 (222) from Biloxi, MS, played this past season at Los Angeles Southwest College and for head coach Reggie Morris. JucoJunction found out today that Brown signed with the Arkansas State University Red Wolves.

Brown played his freshman season at Vanderbilt University of the SEC where he averaged 3 ppg in 32 games played for the Comodores. Jejuan visited Marshall back in the fall and Boise State and Cal State Fullerton this spring. Brown enrolled in Los Angeles Southwest College back in October 2007 after leaving Vanderbilt.

Brown averaged 13.9 ppg, 6.5 rebounds this season while shooting 52%(157-302) from the floor. Red Wolves assistant coaches Elwyn McElroy and Chad Dollar locked this one up for new Arkansas State Head coach John Brady.
