Former Red Raider makes early decision

Making early commitments these days is nothing unusual. Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, PA is a fairly new junior college on the NJCAA scene. The Bears host a backcourt of two Division One transfers that joined the program at the semester break from division one schools. JucoJunction has the latest on where one of these players will be going to school in the fall of 2010 in this story.
Tyree Graham, (FR) 6-foot-1 (180), started the school year at Texas Tech University and saw playing time for the Red Raiders. Graham left the Lubbock, TX school at the break and enrolled at Harcum College. Graham, a combo guard from Durham, NC, will play at Binghamton University next season according to Tyree's AAU coach Greg Moulden. Graham attended school at Durham Hillside, Mount Zion Christian Academy, National Christian and Village Christian before landing in college.

"Tyree really felt comfortable with the staff at Binghamton and the relationship he has with coach Curtis Malone from the DC Assault whom Tyree played with in AAU. He really thinks he has a great chance to come in and play right away and have a great career at Binghamton," said Moulden.
Tyree averaged 3.9 ppg in 13 games played this past fall semester at Texas Tech. He scored 11 points in 28 minutes of action versus Mississippi State.
Graham visited Southeastern Community College (IA), Iowa Western Community College and Olney Central College in Olney, IL before landing at Harcum College this past January. Graham will team up next year in the backcourt with former Saint Louis University point guard Ruben Cotto. Cotto has made an early verbal to LaSalle University according to Harcum College assistant coach Steven Hobbs. Cotto, (FR) 6-foot-0 (190), played his senior year of high school ball in Alton, IL. Cotto saw action in 7 games for the Billikens and averaged 3.9 ppg.
