Former USF player to UTEP

Myron Strong has already played at the Division One level. Strong, a Memphis, TN native, has decided to make a early pledge for next season. JucoJunction has the latest on his commitment in this story.
Strong, (SO) a 6-foot-2 combo guard, played in 31 games at the University of San Francisco and started 26 games as a freshman. Myron averaged 10 ppg and 3 assists in his only season at USF. Strong is now a sophomore at Southwest State Community College in Memphis and has pledged to attend Conference USA school UTEP.
Strong will have two years to play for the Miners. Myron played his high school ball at Hamilton High School in Memphis. UTEP head coach Tony Barbee first saw Strong when he was a assistant coach at the University of Memphis.
