Fort Smith big man headed to the Canes
Sonny Weems has drawn a lot of the headlines at Arkansas-Fort Smith, but one of his teammates has made a major commitment. 6-foot-10 Fabio Nass is headed to the University of Miami. He chose the Hurricanes over Southern Cal.
"He is 6-10, 220 and he is very skilled," said UAFS head coach Jeremy Cox. "He can step out and play on the perimeter, but he's got some skills on the block."

Nass is a native of Brazil, but he's not necessarily your typical international big man who prefers to play outside.
"He's very crafty on the block," Cox said. "He has some moves."
