Modesto College Head Coach Paul Brogan informed JucoJunction today that Tashawn Mabry has signed with NCAA D2 program Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX for next season.
Mabry, a Rocky Mount, NC native, started his college career at the University of Rhode Island before leaving early. Mabry has played the past two seasons in California in the Central Valley Conference.

Mabry, a small forward, averaged 16.2 ppg and 6.7 rebounds this season for the 12-16 Pirates.
Mabry was ranked number 65 in the JucoJunction Top 150 this past year.
Teammate Brenden Evans will take his game to Utah Valley University next season.
