Fresh start in Region 24

JucoJunction recently saw the Blue Knights play in the Danville Area Community College JUCO Jamboree. The Blue Knights will be led this season by a host of sophomores on Head Coach Mike Burris' roster.
Deonte Houston is the starting point guard for the Blue Knights after transferring in from Southeastern Community College in West Burlington, Iowa with teammate Elhadji Seck.
The Bronx, N.Y., native enrolled in January 2012 at Olney Central College with Seck. "Deonte is a pure point guard who really keeps the ball on a string," said JucoJunction Publisher Bret Swanson.
The combo forward took an official visit early to the University of Idaho. Louisiana Tech and North Texas both have shown early interest on Seck this fall according to Burris.
Josh Harmon played last season at Carl Albert State College in Poteau,OK where he averaged 9 points per game as a freshman. The Richmond, Va. native is a very versatile play who can any position on the perimeter.
Harmon played some basketball at Mount Zion Christian Academy and ran AAU ball with Richmond Squires
