From small school to the big time
Fred Bouie plays at tiny Clinton Junior College in Rock Hill, SC. Bouie, a 5-foot-10 combo guard hails from Orlando, FL. Fred signed today with Delaware State University of the MEAC Conference according to Clinton Junior College Head coach Donald Payton.
The Golden Bears play in Region 10 with the likes of Aiken Tech, Brunswick Community College, Cape Fear Community College and Spartanburg Methodist College. Clinton Junior College has a fulltime enrollment of 100 students.

"Fred is a scoring guard who can really get into the gaps," said JucoJunction staff member Bret Swanson.
Fred averaged 20.4 ppg and made first team all region this past season for the Golden Bears.
