Phillip, a center from nearby Brooklyn, NY will have to years to play for FIU.

Phillip averaged 2.6 ppg and 3.2 rebounds this past season for the Mustangs.
Four members of the Monroe College Mustangs have committed to NCAA D1 programs this spring.
Phillip prepped out of high school at The Robinson School in Newark, NJ.
