Garrett set to be a Cowboy

College of Southern Idaho sharpshooter Brad Garrett has seen his recruitment go through the roof in the last couple of months. A decision finally came down on Wednesday.
Garrett committed and signed with Oklahoma State on Wednesday. Visits that were scheduled to Oregon and Kansas are now off the board.

"He just felt comfortable with the situation at Oklahoma State," said CSI assistant Steve Gosar. "He thought he could come in and have an opportunity to play. He really got along with the guys on the team, felt comfortable with coach Sutton and he had a wonderful visit to Stillwater."
Garrett averaged 15.8 points, five rebounds and was the MVP of CSI's regional tournament. He did most of his damage from behind the arc, canning 100 three-point shots as a freshman.
"I think Brad is by far the best shooter I've ever been around," Gosar said. "He is one of those elite level guys, he can shoot it from 25-26 feet…He is an unbelievable shooter and I think he will really compliment what they've got at Oklahoma State."
Garrett made nine of his first 14 shots at the national juco tournament in Hutchison, KS last month. He will have three years left to play for Oklahoma State.
