General takes visit

Sheridan College head coach Steve Smiley informed JucoJunction today that power forward Lamont Prosser will journey to Portland State University this coming weekend for an official visit.

The power forward forward from Fort Wayne, Ind. averaged 12.1 points and 6.7 rebounds per game last season for the Generals.
Prosser is a Region IX All conference performer who helped guide the Generals to the championship game before falling to Western Wyoming Community College. Prosser shot 54 percent (172-317) from the floor last season.
Prosser is receiving a lot of interest this season according to Smiley. Gonzaga, Washington State, Oklahoma State, Wichita State, Detroit and Southern Mississippi are interested according to coach Smiley.
