Lippert visited the Titans back in late December along with Lipscomb University. "Jermaine really enjoyed his visit to Detroit, and the staff at UD worked really hard in their recruitment of Jermaine, especially assistant coach Derek Thomas," said Smiley.
Lippert is currently averaging 9.1 points and 4.2 rebounds this season for the Generals while hitting 59 percent (63-107) from the floor. "Detroit's staff made several trips to the Sheridan College campus which was really important to Jermaine and in the end, helped to make his decision," said Smiley.
Stay tuned to JucoJunction as we head down the stretch for the last month of the regular season right here in Region 9 and across the whole USA.
