"Montez chose Cornell over IPFW, Southern Utah, Eastern Illinois and Dartmouth according to Bankhead. Montez really liked the academic standpoint of the Ivy League and the style of play," said Bankhead. Blair will also be able to compete on the track team as a triple and high jumper.
Blair started his college career at the Naval Academy before landing at IWCC this past season. Blair only played in the second semester for the Reivers this season.
Blair averaged 13.8 points and 4.4 rebounds per game for the 15-16 Reivers. Blair is a native of the Garden State of New Jersey.
