Golden Norse on the move
Christian Leach will be visiting the University of North Dakota in the near future according to Golden Norse Coaching Staff. Leach a third year guard from Washington DC played last season at Hagerstown Community College (MD). Leach had a chance to play in the NJCAA National two times with two different teams.
Leach, a left-handed guard, averaged 15.8 ppg, 3.9 rebounds and 3.5 assists this season for the 22-11 Golden Norse. Leach shot 55% (163-299) from the floor.

On a bad note, Igor Ibaka will not be able to suit up for the Golden Norse next season. Ibaka, a freshman, will be out of eligibility at the junior college level due to a age restriction.
Ibaka will take visits to Old Dominion University and Wichita State in the near future according to the Golden Norse Staff. Ibaka, the brother of Serge Ibaka (Oklahoma city Thunder), will have to sit out next season.
Ibaka, a power forward, averaged 13.7 ppg and 9.6 rebounds this past season while shooting 64% (151-235) from the floor.
