Golden Panthers grab a big man

Southeastern (IA) forward Badara Ndiaye will make an official visit this weekend to Florida International. But the visit is a mere formality.
"Badara is non recruitable," said head coach Tim Walsh. "It's done he will be going to Florida International next year.

Badara came to Southeastern at a rail-thin 188 pounds, but has since bulked up to 220. He is athletic enough to defend a three-man, but big enough to play the power spot.
While the stats (three points and four rebounds as a freshman) won't make you look twice, Walsh says Ndiaye is a different player this year.
"He has improved so much since last spring to now," said Walsh.
Ndiaye has also stood out in the classroom, where he has a 3.5 GPA. The official visit will take place this Saturday and Sunday.
