Grambling strikes twice

Grambling State University will be starting next season with two new junior college players on the roster. The Tigers are coached by Rick Duckett. Duckett will be starting his second year at the helm this fall after being a assistant at the University of South Carolina. The Tigers recently found two players from the junior college ranks to bolster the roster for next season. JucoJunction has the latest on these players in this article.
Henry White, (SO) 6-foot-6 from Hill College in Hillsboro, TX, will be playing at Grambling State University next season according to Hill College Head Coach Swede Trenkle. White, a Milwaukee native, started his college career at Marshalltown Community College in Iowa as a freshman. White a forward averaged 9.1 ppg and 4.7 rebounds this past season.

DeMarcus Blunt, (SO) 6-foot-5 (200) from Albany Technical College in Albany, GA, will be joining White next season at Grambling State according to Titans Head Coach Stanley Patterson. Blunt hails from nearby Cordele, GA. DeMarcus. a swingman, averaged 11.3 ppg this past season for the 20-12 Titans. The Titans just completed their second year on the NJCAA circuit as a basketball program.
