Cape Fear Community College head coach Ryan Mantlo informed JucoJunction that Emmanuel Andrews has committed to play at Liberty University in Lynchburg, V.A. next season. The Flames play in the Big South Conference and are coached by Dale Layer.

The scoring point guard averaged 12.3 points per game last season at Northwest Florida State College in Niceville, Fla. Andrews hails from Shelbyville, Tenn. "Emmanuel really has a good scorer's mentality and is quite shifty with the ball," said JucoJunction Publisher Bret Swanson.
"Emmanuel is a special player, his leadership abilities combined with his skill will allow him to be a very special player for Liberty University," said Mantlo. Andrews visited the Liberty University this past weekend and walked away with a scholarship offer.
